Lead Data Scientist

In this role, you will apply advanced analytics, machine learning, and statistical modeling to solve high-impact business problems. You’ll play a key role in shaping data-driven strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior team members. Required skills and experience: More than 12 years of experience with extensive experience in developing and deploy AI/ML models, including GPT and other LLM-based solutions, for real-world applications in clinical and pharmaceutical domains Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Hands-on expertise with GPT models, LLM fine-tuning, and prompt engineering. Build data pipelines, perform feature engineering, and ensure model performance and compliance with industry standards. Stay updated on GenAI trends, regulatory guidelines, and best practices in life sciences AI applications Strong experience in Data Science and Machine Learning, including NLP and deep learning. Proficiency in Python, ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Experience in AI-enabled application development and deploying models in production environments. Familiarity with clinical research processes, controlled documents, and regulatory compliance. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Background in Clinical and Pharmaceutical R&D or life sciences. Knowledge of GxP compliance, FDA/EMA guidelines, and clinical data standards (CDISC, SDTM) Job Type: Contract Pay: $62.68 - $75.48 per hour Work Location: Remote
