Five years of experience coordinating business users, technical staff to help analyze and define future needs and operations based upon use case and analysis of alternatives 1. Five years of experience with functional manual testing and writing test cases 1. Three years of experience with conducting scrum ceremonies and handling impediments 1. Two years of experience and in-depth knowledge of Prenatal Risk Screening processes. 1. Five years of experience with Microsoft Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel. 1. Five years of experience with MS Project. 1. Three years of experience with Balsamic mockup tool, Qualys App Scan tool, QBR, SAP Crystal Reporting 1. Two years of experience working with Healthcare Industry and the associated security requirements 1. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) by Scrum Alliance 1. Three years of experience with SQL quires and understanding of relational databases 1. DevOps foundation or above certification required RESPONSIBILITIES 1. SERVICE TASKS: Contractor will perform the following tasks in the time and manner specified: 1. Lead and/or assist staff in business requirements gathering sessions (JADs) daily as assigned by the Department. 1. Work closely with customers, stakeholders, and IT software developers to document business requirements daily as assigned by the Department. 1. Develop as-is, to-be, and other required business analysis documentation daily as assigned by the Department. 1. Develop and lead implementation of business process improvement recommendations daily as assigned by the Department. 1. Serve as a Scrum Master and head the scrum ceremonies daily as assigned by the Department. 1. Follow a standard set of practices that ensure the integrity and quality of project artifacts daily as assigned by the Department. 1. Manage the expectations of diverse stakeholders and provide regular briefings to Department staff daily as assigned by the Department. 1. Work independently as part of a larger cross-functional team daily as assigned by the Department. 1. Provide status reports and providing management briefings daily as assigned by the Department. 1. Correspond (verbally and in written formats) daily with project teams, internal stakeholders regarding project activities, deliverables, and status daily as directed by the Department. Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospective and review meetings as assigned by the Department daily 1.
