β’ The Business Analyst acts as the key interface between the users, Development team, and the Project Manager, Solution (product) Manager, and Solution (product) Owner.
β’ The Senior Specialist leads a team of Business Analysts and needs to ability to build a plan for requirements development, motivating junior team members, and negotiating MVP requirements vs. nice to have requirements.
β’ They also gather requirements from the product manager and convert them to user stories for the development team to work on.
β’ The Senior Specialist Business Analyst requires a skillset of user story and acceptance criteria development, influencing customer and clients to prioritize the solution backlog, and definition of functional and non-functional requirements.
β’ Years of Experience: 3-5

Required Skills
β’ Strong analytical and judgment skills, strong interpersonal and organizational skills with attention to detail.

β’ Ability to see tasks through to completion without significant guidance
β’ Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred, not required.
β’ Experience in executing queries and programming languages (SQL, R, Python, JavaScript) preferred.
β’ Experience with product backlog tools including but not limited to Azure DevOps, JIRA, Trello, etc.
