About the Role:
β’ IT Supply Chain team is seeking a Business Analyst III with specialized experience in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and tooling/process operations to join our team in Fremont, CA.
β’ This role supports internal IT needs through the development and maintenance of scalable, integrated systems and supply chain tools.
β’ You will play a critical role in supporting EDI onboarding, vendor coordination, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
β’ EDI Operations Support
β’ Lead onboarding of new vendors onto internal EDI platform.
β’ Manage migration of vendors from the legacy EDI system to the new platform.
β’ Serve as the primary contact for daily vendor communications, Q&A, and troubleshooting.
β’ Monitor EDI dashboards, add incident tags, extract reports, and flag risks proactively.
β’ Identify recurring EDI issues and conduct root cause analysis with clear documentation.
β’ Create and maintain EDI tooling manuals (workflows, tagging protocols, setup, and troubleshooting).
β’ Update vendor profiles and system master data; support configuration change approvals.
β’ Provide Tier 1 on-call support for tooling issue triage and escalate Tier 2+ issues as needed.
Tooling & Process Improvement:
β’ Identify process improvement opportunities via value stream mapping.
β’ Track enhancement request status and support debugging/UAT activities.
β’ Document workflows, SOPs, training guides, and update team wiki pages.
β’ Assist with global process/tooling rollouts and user onboarding.

Minimum Qualifications:
β’ 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, with a focus on EDI support and operations.
β’ Hands-on experience with EDI transaction sets: 850, 855, 856, 860, 810.
β’ Experience with system/tooling implementation and user acceptance testing (UAT).
β’ Strong data analysis and reporting skills using dashboards.
β’ Proficiency in process documentation: workflows, SOPs, training materials.
β’ Strong problem-solving abilities and stakeholder/vendor communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
β’ Experience with EDI Signal onboarding and maintenance.
β’ Familiarity with LucidChart, Visio, G- Sheet/Slides for process visualization.
β’ Experience with vendor management and cross-functional collaboration.
β’ Exposure to global process/tool rollouts in a large enterprise setting.

Day-to-Day Activities
Onboard and manage vendors through EDI lifecycle.
Analyze EDI platform data and tooling performance.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide initial triage and documentation.
Create manuals and maintain tooling and training documentation.
Partner with team leads for configuration updates and issue resolutions.
Support ongoing tooling implementation and enhancement requests.
