Terms of Employment
β’ W2 Contract, 12 Months
β’ This is a full-time position. Candidates must be willing to work on a hybrid basis β remotely on Mondays and Fridays and onsite in downtown Baltimore on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. (Partnership team to reconfirm this on the supplier call)
Overview
The A Mid-level Business Analyst typically plays a key role in analyzing and documenting business processes and requirements for projects within an organization. The candidate should have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. They should be able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities
β’ Gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
β’ Analyzing and documenting current business processes and workflows.
β’ Developing and maintaining business process models and documentation.
β’ Developing functional and technical specifications for system enhancements or new systems.
β’ Facilitating meetings and workshops to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
β’ Identifying and documenting project risks and issues.
β’ Collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and define project scope.
β’ Supporting the development and testing of new systems or enhancements.
β’ Providing training and support to users during system implementation and post-implementation.
β’ Participating in the evaluation and selection of software and systems
Required Skills & Experience
β’ Proven analytical, problem solving, and consulting skills.
β’ Experience with performance metrics, KPI tracking, and root cause analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making.
β’ Foundational understanding of vulnerability management and risk management frameworks.
β’ Basic awareness of Operational Technology (OT).
β’ Experience in data modeling and visualization using Excel and Power BI.
β’ Lead and document meetings to review vulnerability status, remediation plans, and compliance timelines.
β’ Skilled in consulting with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and ensure alignment with business goals.
β’ Ability to assess current-state processes, identify shortcomings, and collaborate with stakeholder.
β’ Experience in developing and executing both traditional and Agile methodologies.
β’ Experience supporting system implementations, change management, and training efforts during project rollouts.
Preferred Skills & Experience
β’ Graduate degree in a Technology, Science, Business, or Mathematics.
