We are seeking a CRM Associate Manager on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote.
The CRM Associate Manager will support US Local Markets growth initiatives by leading CRM campaigns across owned channels such as email, push notifications, and in-app banners. This role will partner closely with Strategy & Operations, Merchant Account Managers, Analytics, and Product teams to develop, test, and optimize customer engagement initiatives. The position requires strong project management, technical, and analytical skills, along with a deep understanding of customer retention and CRM operations.
Responsibilities
• Own CRM strategy for US Local Markets consumer campaigns and experiments, including channel selection and send cadence.
• Create and implement frameworks for rapid testing across CRM channels.
• Manage end-to-end development and execution of email, push, and in-app campaigns.
• Draft and manage creative briefs, ensuring timely delivery of campaign assets, copy, and design.
• Pull and manage campaign lists from Snowflake using SQL; upload audiences to marketing platforms.
• Track initiatives, report progress to stakeholders, and identify insights and learnings from campaign results.
• Optimize engagement metrics through A/B testing, CRM insights, and performance analysis.
• Investigate and address performance inconsistencies to maximize campaign scale and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Strategy & Ops, Account Managers, Analytics, Product) to ensure alignment and execution.
• Stay current on best practices in email, push, CRM operations, and retention marketing, and regularly share insights with the team.
Skills And Responsibilities
• 4+ years of experience in customer retention marketing, engagement, or CRM operations.
• Strong track record of developing retention programs and exceeding performance targets.
• Highly motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate messaging and value propositions into channel-specific copy tailored to the customer lifecycle.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to create and execute data-driven strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (Master’s degree a plus).
Preferred
• Basic knowledge of SQL, HTML, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Periscope).
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar CRM platforms.
• Spanish language fluency.
