Location: Hybrid, but must live within driving distance to Burbank, CA
Contract: Short-term Contract
Duration: 3-6 months
Hourly Pay: TBD/ DOE β Possible option to convert to FTE

β’ to support a data quality initiative focused on identifying and resolving duplicate records within our Salesforce CRM. The primary focus will be on

β’ Contacts and Accounts

β’ , ensuring data integrity, consistency, and usability across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
β Analyze Salesforce data to identify duplicate Contacts and Accounts using native tools and custom logic.
β Develop and execute data cleanup strategies, including merging, deduplication, and validation.
β Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business rules and ensure accurate data consolidation.
β Document data cleanup processes and provide recommendations for ongoing data hygiene.
β Perform quality assurance checks to ensure data accuracy post-cleanup.
β Generate reports and dashboards to track progress and impact of cleanup efforts.
Required Qualifications:
β Proven experience working with Salesforce data, especially Contacts and Accounts.
β Strong understanding of Salesforce data structures, deduplication tools, and best practices.
β Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and/or data manipulation tools.
β Experience with data quality, cleansing, and governance.
β Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
β Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
β Experience with Salesforce Data Loader, Demand Tools, or similar data management tools.
β Familiarity with CRM workflows and business processes.
β Prior experience in a contractor or consulting role.
