Job Summary Our client is seeking a Data Analyst to join their team! This position is located in Indianapolis, Indiana. Duties • Administer employee data changes • Process new hires and ensure set up for a successful onboarding experience • Assist with the involuntary and voluntary separation process • Oversee manager self-service transactions • Assist employees with questions regarding their last day of employment • Manage the global work authorization program including auditing for accuracy and compliance • Maintain a high level of confidentiality in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations • Work in close partnership with the Recruitment and Payroll teams • Conduct data audits of employee data in Workday • Provide back-up support to other team members on daily tasks • Support standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics • Identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives • Analyze and interpret employee/employment data Desired Skills/Experience • 2+ years previous experience in Human Resources • Previous experience with Workday or similar HRIS • Proficiency in employee or customer experience through written and verbal communications • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work within deadlines • Must be well organized with keen attention to detail Benefits • Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Plans • 401K offered $21.00 - $30.00 (est. hourly pay rate)
