The Data Analyst will assist the Lead Data Analyst in building complex business models, analyzing large datasets, and running scenario analyses to evaluate different incentive options.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can work effectively with business stakeholders, adapting analyses based on feedback and changing requirements. They thrive in environments with large data sets and evolving program goals.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Develop and maintain complex business models aligned with program needs
β’ Analyze large datasets and conduct scenario analysis to guide incentive design decisions
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and refine analyses
β’ Present findings clearly to stakeholders to support informed decision-making
Qualifications:
β’ Demonstrated experience with large data sets and advanced analytical modeling
β’ Strong quantitative and scenario analysis skills
β’ Prior experience supporting partner programs or incentive structures preferred
β’ Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to feedback
β’ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
β’ Channels experience is highly desirable
