Responsibilities Kforce has a client in Tempe, AZ that is seeking a Data Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and building scalable data pipelines, as well as experience with various data engineering tools and technologies. Requirements • Experience building and managing interactive operations dashboards and reports using Grafana or similar visualization tools • Experience building stream processing applications using Kafka Streams or Apache Flink • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (or Java), and SQL for data engineering tasks • Ability to design and build scalable and reliable data pipelines using tools like Redshift, AWS Glue, Orchestration tools (Apache Airflow or Dagster) • Experience working in environments that integrate both traditional data sources and observability data (e.g., logs, metrics, traces) is nice to have Big plus if familiar with other tools in our Software Stack: • Java/Spring Boot • Experience with event-driven architectures, preferably using Kafka • Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Podman, and ArgoCD • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelining tools such as GitLab, JFrog Artifactory, and Bitbucket The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.
