Overview:
We are looking for a strong, strategic, and hands-on Techno-functional Data Fabric Lead to drive data initiatives for a leading client in the Healthcare Payer domain. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in modern data engineering tools and architecture, combined with exceptional leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Lead the design and implementation of Data Fabric solutions including data ingestion, integration, governance, orchestration, and automation.
β’ Define and drive data architecture strategies aligned with business and technology objectives.
β’ Program manage complex initiatives, working across multiple teams and stakeholders.
β’ Mentor and lead cross-functional technical teams to ensure delivery of scalable, high-quality data solutions.
β’ Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to solve data ecosystem challenges in the Healthcare Payer space.
β’ Own client engagements and delivery execution, acting as a bridge between technology and business.
Must-Have Skills:
1. Techno-Functional Expertise:
1. Strong background in Data Engineering, Analytics, and architecture (Databricks, Informatica IDMC/PowerCenter, Oracle, Power BI, etc.)
1. Data Fabric & Architecture Leadership:
1. Proven experience in data fabric design, data governance, metadata management, orchestration, and automation (DevOps practices).
1. Team Leadership:
1. Strong capability in mentoring and managing global development teams.
1. Strategic Thinking:
1. Able to define and influence data strategies and roadmaps for large enterprises.
1. Communication & Client Management:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong executive presence. Capable of engaging and influencing senior client stakeholders.
1. Domain Experience:
1. Solid understanding of the Healthcare Payer industry is a must.
