Role description
One of my clients is looking for a DevOps Engineer (Harness) - USA (Remote) for a contract role.
Any visa fine: US Citizen, Green Card, H4 EAD, L2 EAD, OPT EAD or TN visa holder only.
❌ No H1-B visa holders at this time.
W2/1099 only – No C2C / No third party.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
● Strong understanding of Git workflows.
● Hands-on experience with Harness CI/CD.
● Expertise in DevSecOps with proven implementation success.
● Set up and manage monitoring, logging & alerting using CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack.
● Lead containerization with Docker and orchestration via Kubernetes (multi-cluster / hybrid).
● Exposure to SAST, DAST, container scanning, SCA, IaC scanning, etc.
● Skilled in Terraform, Ansible, and other IaC/config management tools.
● Proficiency in scripting: Bash, Python, Go.
● Strong knowledge of deployment methodologies.
● Cloud expertise with IaaS & PaaS solutions.
● Familiar with Agile/Scrum delivery models.
● Track record of delivering high-quality projects on time.
● Harness certification is a plus.
