Generative AI Engineer Developer

Generative AI Engineer (Contract) 100% Remote | W2 or 1099 We are seeking an experienced Generative AI Engineer to support a high-impact consulting engagement within the healthcare sector. This role is fully remote and offers the opportunity to design and implement next-generation AI solutions that directly shape enterprise-level operations. Responsibilities • Design, develop, integrate, deploy, and maintain sophisticated AI-driven systems at scale. • Lead the full lifecycle of machine learning solutions: explore, design, model, train, optimize, deploy, monitor, and measure. • Build and fine-tune LLMs, enable RAG pipelines, engineer effective prompts, and integrate knowledge graphs. • Implement agentic AI methodologies: guidance frameworks, guardrails, human-in-the-loop workflows, multi-agent orchestration, reflection, citing sources, and response verification to ensure safe and accurate outputs. Required Skills • Proven success in designing and deploying enterprise-scale AI/ML systems. • Strong expertise with Generative AI, LLM fine-tuning, RAG enablement, and prompt engineering. • Hands-on experience with agentic workflows, knowledge graph integration, and AI safety techniques. • Ability to deliver robust, scalable AI solutions that align with compliance and business requirements.
