About Us
Our client is an educational organization that is looking to leverage cutting-edge technology to transform IT service management and network operations through data and artificial intelligence. We are committed to pushing the boundaries of what's possible and are seeking a talented Generative AI Specialist to join our dynamic team.
Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Generative AI Specialist to lead initiatives in developing AI capabilities for IT ticketing systems and network monitoring solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI model architectures and hands-on experience building AI tooling for IT service management platforms, such as ServiceNow or similar systems, with additional expertise in network monitoring tools being a strong plus. This role involves data review, data analysis, and the selection, training, and tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) to drive intelligent, business-critical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Review and Analysis
Conduct comprehensive data reviews to ensure data quality and relevance for AI model training, particularly for IT ticketing and network monitoring applications.
Perform in-depth data analysis to extract meaningful insights and guide model development for service management and monitoring use cases.
Collaborate with data engineers and stakeholders to streamline data collection and preprocessing for IT and network-related datasets.
1. LLM Selection
Evaluate large language models and architectures to determine the best fit for IT ticketing systems and network monitoring applications.
Stay up-to-date with advancements in LLM technologies and recommend integrations that enhance service management and monitoring capabilities.
1. LLM Training
Develop training protocols and pipelines for LLMs tailored to IT service management and network monitoring use cases, using state-of-the-art techniques.
Implement robust training methodologies to optimize model performance and efficiency for ticketing and monitoring workflows.
Work closely with machine learning engineers to deploy models in a scalable and reliable manner within IT environments.
1. LLM Tuning
Fine-tune LLMs to improve accuracy, reduce biases, and enhance contextual understanding for IT ticketing and network monitoring scenarios.
Conduct experiments to assess model adjustments and iterate on improvements specific to service management and network operations.
Monitor and report on model performance, making data-driven decisions to refine tuning strategies for optimal outcomes.
1. Collaboration and Communication
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into IT ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow or similar) and network monitoring platforms.
Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business and IT objectives.
Document processes, methodologies, and results for knowledge sharing and future reference.
Qualifications
Certification or degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
Proven experience building AI tooling for IT ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow or similar platforms); experience with network monitoring tools is a strong plus.
Demonstrated expertise with large language models, including training and tuning for specific applications.
Strong programming skills in Python and experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex datasets related to IT and network operations.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and distributed computing.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying innovative solutions.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Why Join Us?
Work on exciting projects that challenge the status quo in AI-driven service delivery.
Opportunities for professional growth and development.
A collaborative and inclusive work culture that values diverse perspectives.
