Finance Systems Analyst – SAP S4 & Power BI (Global Reporting & Accounting) Fully Remote (Based in Colorado) - occasional travel to client site 6-Month Contract Pay Rate: $50/hr W2 Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, LTD Insurance Are you a finance and accounting professional who thrives at the intersection of data, systems, and business insight? We’re seeking a Finance Systems Analyst with strong SAP S4/HANA reporting experience and a background in accounting to support our global finance transformation initiatives. In this highly visible role, you’ll serve as a key liaison between Finance and IT, reengineering reporting processes, solving complex accounting and sales data challenges, and bringing insights to life through tools like Power BI and SAP Fiori. Your work will directly enable better business decisions across a large, global enterprise. Key Responsibilities: • Act as a bridge between accounting, finance, and IT to streamline financial reporting in SAP S4/HANA and ECC 6.0 • Analyze and solve complex data and reporting challenges related to accounting and sales operations • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and tools in Power BI • Support GAAP and IFRS-based financial planning, budgeting, and multi-year forecasting • Partner across departments to implement scalable, efficient solutions for financial systems and processes • Interpret T-codes and navigate SAP Fiori environments effectively Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or related field) from an accredited institution • 4+ years of business experience in finance/accounting roles within large, global organizations • Recent and hands-on experience with SAP S4/HANA or SAP ECC 6.0 • Proficiency with Power BI and intermediate-level Excel skills • Strong working knowledge of GAAP and IFRS • Preferred: Experience with PeopleSoft or other enterprise financial systems • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to prioritize deadlines and adapt to evolving systems What You’ll Bring: • A problem-solving approach to accounting and finance systems • Excellent communication skills to collaborate across business and technical teams • Curiosity and initiative to drive reporting innovation • A mindset for continuous improvement and global scale What we do At RGP, we're creating a future where businesses produce their best work without constraints.
