Description
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Sr. Analyst, US Transparency Reporting to join our team in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. In this long-term contract position, you will be responsible for capturing, validating, and reporting transfers of value (TOV) to covered recipients, ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and District transparency regulations. You will collaborate across internal departments and external vendors to support data integrity, process automation, and the continuous improvement of transparency reporting systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Capture, monitor, and verify healthcare and marketing expenditures for reporting to government agencies.
• Prepare TOV data for submission via the Reporting Data Tool, including updating and maintaining Master Data.
• Lead improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and accuracy of transparency reporting.
• Validate customer profiles in MediSpend and Veeva Network systems.
• Verify disclosed expenditures against CMS and state public records.
• Monitor, collect, and process spend reports from third-party vendors, and provide actionable insights.
• Maintain and validate clinical trials master list using CRO data and CTMS.
• Assist in internal certification and compliance processes.
• Support development of policies, SOPs, and training materials related to transparency functions.
• Deliver training sessions to employees and vendors to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Partner with global colleagues and internal stakeholders (e.g., Clinical, R& D, Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs) to identify and report TOV.
Requirements
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Policy, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to manage large data sets independently.
• Demonstrated knowledge of compliance, auditing, or transparency reporting processes.
• Proficient in Excel; familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools is a plus.
• Experience working with clinical trial data, sales, or commercial functions is advantageous.
• Ability to influence without authority and work cross-functionally.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience in a transparency reporting role.
• Strong understanding of the Sunshine Act and related state/federal regulations.
• Business process improvement or change management experience.
• Familiarity with SAP Concur, MediSpend, Veeva Network, and CTMS systems is preferred.
