Role description
Our client, the world’s leading entertainment streaming service, is looking for an Information Technology - Talent Intelligence Analyst. This is a 12-month contract based in New York (preferred) or remote. You must be able to work in the USA and not hold H1B visa status. The hourly rate is up to $75; benefits are available through Talent Table. No C2C, no H1Bs. The Role: As a Talent Intelligence Analyst, you will leverage your foundational skills in research and problem-solving to support the Talent organization. This role will be dedicated to our Executive Insights practiceβ€”a new partnership between Talent Intelligence and Executive Engagement, Our Client’s internal executive search function. Key Responsibilities: β€’ Conduct in-depth research to support Talent Intelligence and Executive Engagement initiatives, including competitive intelligence gathering and comprehensive market mapping. β€’ Prepare clear and concise insights memos to inform hiring leaders of key market trends, talent availability, and the competitive landscape. β€’ Manage accurate data collection and entry to ensure the integrity of tools and databases that drive talent-related decision-making across the organization. β€’ Collaborate with the Executive Engagement team to refine search strategies based on research findings. β€’ Stay up to date on new research tools, methodologies, and best practices in executive search and talent research. Skills: β€’ 3+ years of experience in a client-facing or research role in executive search, HR, consulting, tech, or finance. β€’ Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills. β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. β€’ High attention to detail and a proactive, resourceful approach. β€’ Curiosity, open-mindedness, and thoughtfulness toward work and professional relationships that make you a great teammate and partner in the Talent organization.
