POSITION Oracle Cloud Fusion Developer LOCATION Remote- EST hours DURATION 6+ months INTERVIEW TYPE Video REQUIRED SKILLS • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in data processing, systems, and applications • Supervisory experience required for operations-focused roles • Broad technical knowledge across hardware, software, and systems analysis Preferred Skills: • Oracle certifications in relevant technologies preferred • Experience with APEX, Java, and Oracle Analytics Cloud is a plus • Strong understanding of SaaS/PaaS and cloud computing • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Job Description: • Support the implementation of an Oracle Cloud Fusion deployment and ongoing support. • Develop, test, debug, implement, and document technical solutions in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. • Must have experience in full life cycle implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud projects. • Must have good functional understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM Suite such as Workforce Development, Payroll, Benefits, OTL, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent Management etc. • Must have technical expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM tools such as HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP Reports, OTBI Reports, Fast Formulas, Workflows, Page & Application Composers & VBCS • Must be proficient in Fusion-based Integration development utilizing OIC and SOAP/REST web services. • Must have hands on knowledge of writing and troubleshooting extremely complex SQL and PL/SQL queries • Must have knowledge of cloud computing including SaaS and PaaS • Knowledge of APEX, java and Oracle Analytics Cloud is a huge plus. • Oracle certifications in relevant technologies is preferred. • Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Must be highly proficient with Excel, Word & PowerPoint. • Responsible for developing technical specification documents for customizations, Interfaces and Reports. • Participate in code reviews. • Execute automated and manual testing to ensure product and application quality. • Fix any defects and performance problems discovered in testing. • Document the application changes to facilitate maintenance. • Ability to work successfully in a team environment and possess the flexibility/adaptability to changing requirements. A Developer assists in designing, developing, and supporting applications. These applications include systems developed solely for the web environment as well as development efforts designed to web-enable end-user applications. This individual may also assist in the creation and ongoing management of corporate web sites and intranet communities. The Developer will have a thorough understanding of programming techniques and tools, web development, and system management tools.
