Overview
The Client is an industry-leading company focused on advancing marketing intelligence through data-driven strategies. In this role, you will support the Marketing Communications team by collecting, analyzing, and reporting on data from various marketing activities. You will help optimize campaigns, improve customer acquisition and retention, and maximize return on investment (ROI) through actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Responsibilities:
• Collect, refine, and report on Marketing and Sales leads and campaign activities.
• Gather and present data from CRM, social media, advertising, and email platforms to assess campaign design and lead quality.
• Analyze performance metrics (e.g., click-through rates, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs) and create dashboards and visualizations.
• Aggregate and analyze data from internal and external sources including SAP Marketing Cloud, Qualtrics, and CRM systems.
• Use AFO (Analysis for Office) to clean and organize data for business intelligence reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Provide insights to Marketing Product Managers and leadership to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Support lead delivery and customer relationship management across campaign lifecycles.
• Participate in annual pricing processes and contribute to product/service pricing lists.
• Analyze customer segmentation and marketing channel effectiveness.
• Identify strategies to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Conduct business process reviews to benchmark and resolve inefficiencies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience, or an advanced degree with no experience, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong excel proficiency and data analytics required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, AFO, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Python (or comparable tools).
• Strong knowledge of CRM software, customer account data management, and statistical methodologies.
• Understanding of marketing channels, data analysis, visualization, and critical thinking.
• Experience with Google Analytics and marketing performance metrics.
