The Senior Marketing Operations Manager will be an integral part of the Marketing Operations - Data team.
β’ Responsibilities:The role will be responsible in supporting the delivery of key marketing data capabilities for audience segmentation and management as well as involvement in other core related activities (e.g., risk and issue identification and resolution, reporting, tools administration etc.)
β’ This role will require you to be proactive and a creative problem solver who consistently exercises the initiative required to keep operational processes and projects moving forward.
β’ A successful person in this role will have a process-oriented mindset with the ability to develop and implement new processes as well as evaluate the efficiency of existing ones.
β’ Coordinate with marketing teams, agencies, and internal cross functional teams in the sprint management of marketing data related capabilities and operations.
β’ Document technical requirements with specific focus on data attributes and schemas in the form of technical specifications and/or other knowledge base articles to deliver a scaled capability.
β’ Develop, document, and enforce business rules, processes, programs, naming conventions and procedures.
β’ Assist in testing efforts and preparations.
β’ Conducts or coordinates user acceptance, performance stress regression and integration testing.
β’ Coordinate work streams to identify dependencies, obstacles and ensure theyβre addressed, track and communicate progress.
β’ Ability to know when and how to flag/escalate issues and roadblocks.
β’ Executes other non-technical special projects, as needed.
β’ Support Marketing Operation initiatives and the team as needed, including supporting the weekly sprint rituals.
β’ Prepare reports, status updates and documentation of internal processes as needed.
Basic Qualifications:5+ years of previous experience in marketing/ product optimization, and/or data or analytics
β’ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
β’ Proficient in SQL, R, Python to complete data exercises
β’ Proficient in data platforms (e.g., Redshift, Snowflake, Databricks)
β’ Strong teamwork and leadership skills with excellent communication and organizational skills.
β’ Attention to detail, with an ability to identify issues and implement remedies.
β’ An understanding and administration of experimental best practices
β’ Proficient in agile methodologies and working knowledge of Jira/Confluence
β’ Experience in project planning and management, ideally in an Agile environment.
β’ Ability to effectively communicate with both marketing and technical teams.
β’ Superior stakeholder management via a consultative approach
