Location: Remote/WFH
Duration: long term contract
Clearance: Active DoD Secret

Summary
β’ We are looking for an experienced Oracle ADW Developer to join our defense program team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW) on OCI, including SQL/PLSQL development, data modeling, performance tuning, and secure pipeline integration. The role requires deep knowledge of DoD security and compliance frameworks (DoD SRG, FedRAMP, NIST, CMMC), with proven ability to implement database security, encryption, auditing, and RMF/ATO support. Secondary experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) for dashboards and reporting is preferred. An active DoD Secret clearance (Top Secret/SCI preferred) is required.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Design, develop, and optimize ADW schemas, PL/SQL packages, and ELT/ETL pipelines.
β’ Implement and manage ADW features: partitioning, compression, auto-scaling, materialized views, and Autonomous Data Guard.
β’ Secure ADW deployments with private endpoints, IAM policies, CMK/KMS encryption, Database Vault, Unified Auditing, and Data Safe.
β’ Build and maintain data ingestion pipelines (GoldenGate, ODI, Data Integration, Object Storage, ORDS/REST).
β’ Support RMF/ATO processes with compliance documentation and control mapping.
β’ Deliver OAC dashboards and reports integrated with ADW data models.
β’ Enforce row-level and role-based security for both ADW and OAC analytics.
β’ Perform performance tuning, backup/DR management, and incident response.
Qualifications
β’ 5β8+ years of Oracle data warehousing experience, including 2β3+ years on Oracle ADW/OCI.
β’ Strong SQL/PLSQL development skills with expertise in data modeling and performance tuning.
β’ Hands-on experience with OCI networking, IAM, Vault/KMS, Cloud Guard, and security best practices.
β’ Familiarity with DoD SRG IL5/IL6, FedRAMP High, NIST 800-53/171, and CMMC 2.0.
β’ Experience securing enterprise databases with audit, encryption, and access controls.
β’ Active DoD Secret clearance (minimum)
β’ Supporting experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) for dashboards, KPIs, and reporting.
β’ Knowledge of APEX, ORDS, and BI tool integration (preferred).
β’ Certifications such as OCI Architect, OCI Data Management, Security+ or CISSP (preferred).
β’ Experience with Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps practices (a plus).
