Role: Oracle HCM Lead/ Architect
Location: Fully remoteDuration: 6 Months Contract
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in IT or HRIS, with strong focus on Oracle HCM Cloud.
Deep knowledge of Oracle HCM modules: Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Compensation, etc.
Experience in full end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations and configurations.
Strong expertise in M&A integration projects involving HCM system migrations.
Working knowledge of Oracle SOAP/REST APIs, HCM Data Loader formats, error remediation, and transformations.
Basic/intermediate experience with HCM functional configurations and Fast Formula.
Exposure to Informatica IDMC, Snowflake, and enterprise application integration tools.
Proficiency in SQL / PL/SQL, preferably with SnowSQL knowledge.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $64.00 - $65.00 per hour
