Power BI Developer – Remote (Contract with Extensions)
Position Type: Contract (with potential for extension)

About the Role:
We’re seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to support Identity and Access Management (IdAM) compliance and operational analytics. This role involves designing and implementing a data and reporting framework that aligns with security, risk, and regulatory requirements. You’ll collaborate closely with platform owners and stakeholders to deliver meaningful insights and improve service maturity across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build analytics and BI solutions by gathering data from various IdAM platforms.
• Analyze and maintain data to support decision-making and service evaluation.
• Define requirements for data storage and analytical models.
• Develop dashboards and reporting solutions for cross-functional teams.
• Maintain documentation including design specs, requirements, and user guides.
• Ensure data quality and alignment with IdAM services.
• Collaborate with peers to prioritize tasks and deliverables effectively.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 5+ years of experience with Power BI and data visualization.
• 5+ years of experience designing and building database models in MS SQL Server.
• Strong background in data extraction, manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with testing methods for business functions and data integrity.
• Ability to create interactive, user-friendly, and visually appealing dashboards.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and data modeling concepts.
Education & Certifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus.
• Knowledge of ISO and NIST security standards preferred.
