ASSYST is seeking a skilled Power Platform Administrator - Dynamics 365 CRM to support our client in Austin TX Location: Austin, TX Job Type: Contract (Corp to Corp/C2C or 1099) Position: 100% Remote Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Power Platform Administrator - Dynamics 365 CRM with strong expertise across Microsoft Power Platform, AI administration, and Microsoft 365 Copilot governance. This role will focus on administering and enhancing Dynamics 365 CRM while also supporting the broader Power Platform ecosystem, including Power BI, Canvas Apps, and Co-Pilot Studio. The ideal candidate will bring a collaborative mindset, hands-on technical expertise, and a passion for driving innovation and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Dynamics 365 CRM & Power Platform
Administer, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 CRM to support business needs.
Manage integrations between D365 CRM and Power Platform solutions.
Develop and maintain Canvas Apps to streamline workflows and improve user experience.
Document and standardize processes to ensure consistent workflows across CRM and Power Platform.
AI & Microsoft 365 Copilot
Govern and support Microsoft 365 Copilot usage, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
Administer AI capabilities within Power Platform and M365, aligning with business goals.
Utilize Co-Pilot Studio for development, governance, and automation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven process improvements.
Qualifications
Power BI Expertise: Strong skills in creating and managing reports and dashboards.
Power Platform CoE Toolkit: Experience in upgrading and troubleshooting the toolkit.
Copilot Studio Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio for automation and development.
Canvas App Development: Skilled in building user-friendly and functional Canvas apps.
Dynamics 365 CRM: Proven experience in administering and customizing D365 CRM.
AI & M365 Copilot Governance: Familiarity with AI tools and Microsoft 365 Copilot governance practices.
Azure Services: Solid understanding of Azure Analytics and related services.
Required Skills
8+ years Hands-on experience with customizing entities, workflows, and integrating D365 CRM with Power Platform tools
8+ years experience troubleshooting technical issues, analyzing logs, and debugging applications.
5+ years of strong expertise in Power BI reporting, dashboards, and data modeling.
3+ years working with Copilot Studio for automation and Microsoft 365 Copilot governance.
3+ years familiarity with Microsoft Azure Services, particularly Azure Active Directory.
Strong understanding of data visualization principles and reporting best practices.
Experience in upgrading and troubleshooting the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) toolkit
