Administer and support Dynamics 365 CRM (configuration, customization, integration).
AI & Microsoft 365 Copilot: Govern and support Microsoft 365 Copilot usage (enablement, compliance, monitoring).
Administer AI capabilities within Power Platform and M365.
Provide expertise in Copilot Studio for automation and process improvement.
Identify opportunities for AI-driven workflow enhancements and reporting.
Develop and maintain Power Platform Canvas Apps.
Document and standardize CRM & Power Platform workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications
8+ years: Customizing entities, workflows, and integrating D365 CRM with Power Platform.
8+ years: Troubleshooting technical issues, log analysis, debugging software apps.
5+ years: Data visualization and data modeling using Power BI.
3+ years: Familiarity with Copilot Studio (automation & governance of M365 Copilot).
3+ years: Experience with Microsoft Azure Services, especially Azure AD.
