Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Python-based applications. • Architect scalable backend systems, data pipelines, and integration frameworks. • Lead complex projects from concept to deployment, ensuring best practices and coding standards. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, product managers, and business stakeholders. • Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce development best practices. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production and development environments. • Optimize system performance and ensure security and data protection best practices. • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Python and relevant technologies. Required Qualifications: • 15+ years of software development experience, with at least 10 years working with Python. • Strong experience in building enterprise-grade applications and microservices architectures. • Proficiency in relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB). • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). • Deep understanding of RESTful API design and integration. • Solid background in Linux/Unix environments. • Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes. • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git). • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in team settings. • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
