A financial firm is looking for a Python/SQL Developer to join their team in Newark, NJ.
Pay: $100/hr
Must be a US Citizen or GC Holder; No visa sponsorship

Responsibilities
β’ Design and implement investment decision supporting services across all fixed income domains
β’ Maintain/Enhance existing portfolio management applications in Java and Python
β’ Work with quantitative solutions and other front office investment teams
β’ Build/Maintain application services that are critical to front office systems
Qualifications
Required:
β’ 6+ years of experience in developing front office and related applications
β’ Proficient in Python and SQL
β’ Solid fixed income knowledge
β’ Extensive knowledge and experience with SDLC tools such as Git, Jira, Docker, Jenkins etc.
Preferred
β’ Azure or AWS experience
β’ Java or C++ development experience
β’ Financial market data such as datasets from Bloomberg, S&P, Moody's, ICE, etc.
β’ Investment universe customization and back testing
β’ Direct experience in supporting front office end-users (PM, Quant)
