We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Service Cloud Developer to join our team and lead the design, development, and implementation of solutions on the Salesforce Service Cloud platform. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, and other developers to deliver scalable and efficient CRM solutions that enhance customer service experiences. Skill and Experience Requirements: • 12+ Years’ experience in Salesforce development with a strong focus on Service Cloud. • Salesforce Certification - Platform developer 1/ 2 • Salesforce certification - Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant • Strong hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components, Flows, and Process Builder. • Experience implementing Service Console, Omni-Channel, Case Management, and Knowledge Base. • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. • Solid understanding of Salesforce security models, governor limits, and deployment tools (Change Sets, SFDX, etc.). • Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient Service Cloud solutions. • Customization of Service Cloud Console and App Builder • Strong communication skills Additional Information: Join a diverse team at NInfo Systems, where innovation meets expertise in IT solutions.
