Job SummaryWe are actively seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to become the strategic and technical cornerstone of our Business Intelligence (BI) initiatives. This is a high-impact role for an experienced professional who can bridge the gap between complex data systems and actionable business insights.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Tableau, strong Power BI skills, and a proven track record of leading technical teams, collaborating cross-functionally, and establishing scalable analytics frameworks. Youβll be responsible for developing cutting-edge BI solutions, overseeing platform transitions, and setting the technical standards that guide our data-driven decision-making culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable BI solutions using Tableau and Power BI.
Serve as a technical leader, mentoring junior analysts and engineers across the analytics team.
Lead migration and modernization efforts, including platform upgrades and transitions (e.g., Tableau to Power BI or hybrid models).
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate data requirements into actionable visualizations and dashboards.
Establish best practices and technical standards across BI tools, data pipelines, and governance protocols.
Act as a liaison between technical and business teams, ensuring alignment on goals, KPIs, and reporting standards.
Continuously optimize performance and usability of BI tools and dashboards.
Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and tools that improve analytics capabilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelorβs or masterβs degree in computer science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or a related field.
Expert-level proficiency in Tableau; strong command of Power BI.
Solid experience with SQL, ETL processes, and data modeling.
Proven leadership in managing BI initiatives and mentoring technical teams.
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP is a plus.
Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is preferred.
