Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data analysis, project management, and business intelligence. This role involves leveraging data to drive strategic decisions, improve processes, and enhance overall business performance. The Senior Data Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data trends, and present actionable insights. Duties Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and develop analytical solutions. Utilize tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker to create interactive dashboards and visualizations. Conduct thorough data analysis using SQL, R, Python, and other programming languages to derive insights from complex datasets. Manage projects using Agile methodologies to ensure timely delivery of analytical solutions. Design and implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources. Develop and maintain database designs in Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and other platforms. Perform business analysis to identify opportunities for improvement based on data findings. Document processes using Visio and ensure adherence to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Collaborate with IT teams on linked data initiatives and ensure data integrity across systems. Skills Proficient in Tableau, Power BI, Looker for data visualization. Strong knowledge of SQL for database querying and manipulation. Experience with programming languages such as R and Python for statistical analysis. Familiarity with ETL tools like Talend for data integration tasks. Understanding of Agile project management methodologies. Excellent analytical skills with a focus on business analysis and problem-solving. Knowledge of database design principles in Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle environments. Ability to write scripts in VBA and Bash (Unix shell) for process automation. Strong communication skills to effectively present findings to stakeholders. Experience in analytics with a keen eye for detail in data interpretation.
