Job Description: Responsibilities: • Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and other developers to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. • Design and develop RESTful APIs and web services using C#, MVC, and related frameworks. • Build responsive front-end interfaces using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. • Write and optimize T-SQL scripts, Stored Procedures, Views, Triggers, and Functions for complex data operations. • Conduct performance tuning, indexing, and database optimization. • Develop and maintain ETL processes using SSIS and Azure Data Factory. • Provide mentoring and support to junior team members; actively contribute to code quality and standard improvements. • Design and execute automated unit and regression tests. • Participate in research and evaluation of emerging tools and technologies relevant to web and cloud development. • Work independently with minimal supervision and deliver on time and within budget. Required Skills: • Full proficiency in: • C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, MVC • SQL Server development (T-SQL, Stored Procedures, etc.) • REST API development • SSIS and Azure Data Factory • Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, design patterns, and SDLC. • Experience with SQL Profiler, Indexing, Cursors, and performance optimization techniques. • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to evaluate and integrate new tools and methodologies into development workflows. Preferred Skills: • Experience with: • Multiple JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) • IIS Administration • DevOps pipelines using Azure DevOps or Team Foundation Server • SSRS, webMethods, or InRules • Background in highly regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, or insurance. Experience: • Minimum 5 years of experience in .NET and SQL development with Agile teams. • Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in SQL performance tuning and stored procedure development. • Proven ability to deliver across all stages of the development lifecycle. • Exposure to enterprise-level development practices and project methodologies. Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
