Job Title: Staff Software AI Engineer Location: Santa Clara, CA - Onsite Duration: Contract (6+ Months and Extendable) Rate: $45/hr - $47/hr on W2 All Inclusive Danta Technologies payroll OR $55/hr on C2C - Corporation to Corporation All Inclusive Summary The client is looking for a Staff-Level AI Engineer (IC4 level, which typically means an experienced individual contributor just below principal level) who can bridge AI innovation with enterprise application development, specifically within Go-To-Market (GTM) domains like sales, marketing, and partner operations. Job Description Staff Software AI Engineer (IC4) with 8-10 years of development experience and a background in the Go-To-Market (GTM) domain. This role blends application development with cutting-edge AI capabilitiesyou'll work on the ServiceNow platform, leverage AIA Studio for low-code AI workflows, and build intelligent solutions using technologies like Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Knowledge Graphs (KGs). Your work will help transform how sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams operate. Key Responsibilities • ServiceNow Engineering: Develop scalable and maintainable applications and workflows within the ServiceNow platform, aligning with GTM use cases (e.g., sales enablement, lead management, partner ops). • AIA Studio Development: Leverage AIA Studio to orchestrate AI workflows, integrate machine learning models, and streamline decision-making in GTM processes. • AI System Design: Design AI-powered systems that use LLMs, Agentic AI, and semantic retrieval to deliver contextual insights and automation. • RAG + KG Solutions: Build and maintain RAG pipelines enriched with Knowledge Graphs to surface relevant, real-time data to sales to help close the deal. • Agentic Workflows: Implement AI agents capable of task planning and execution (e.g., lead routing, customer scoring, higher deal velocity). • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Business Operations to identify opportunities, design solutions, and deliver measurable impact. • Scalability & Reliability: Build resilient, secure, and high-performance systems using industry best practices. • Technical Leadership: Contribute to team success through mentorship, design discussions, and by setting high standards for code quality and innovation.
