Randstad is partnering with a financial services company that is looking to hire a contract onsite Tableau Developer/Analyst. In this role, you will work with product owners to define requirements, capture requirements during team meetings, and work with developer leads to make sure the requirements are being captured at the detailed level.

Responsibilities
β’ Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business needs.
β’ Analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for reporting and analytics projects.
β’ Ensure data integrity and accuracy by conducting thorough data validation and troubleshooting.
β’ Assist in defining key performance indicator and reporting metrics.
Qualifications
β’ Proven experience in Tableau development, including dashboard design and optimization.
β’ 6+ Year in experience in BI Tools and 3+ years of working experience in TABLEAU DESKTOP and TABLEAU Prep.
β’ Demonstrated ability to Design, load and performance tune the STAR schema data model from the flat files.
β’ Good Knowledge on SQL and data engineering best practices .
β’ Ensure data accuracy using data governance best practices.
β’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
β’ Working experience on Microsoft PowerBI is a plus. is a plus.
