Business Data Analyst - Banking Must Have W2 Rrole

• Financial/Investment Management background (must) • UAT testing, BRD/FRD • Able to write Use Case • Able to handle multiple Stakeholders at same time • SQL (must), Excel (must) • Power BI/Tableau (nice to have) • Experience with Data Sets and Datawarehouse (Snowflake, Data Lake, etc.) JOB REQUIREMENTS– Bachelor’s degree required– A minimum of 10 years of experience, and minimum of 5 years experience in Business Analysis– Strong experience in querying, mapping and documenting data– Demonstrated ability to articulate customized solutions to meet business requirements– Experience working with Agile/Lean/Kanban software development processes– Advanced skills using a variety of tools to document workflows and data mapping including but not limited to Excel and Lucid– Understanding of analysis and documentation goals throughout the project lifecycle– Ability to facilitate decision making through workshops– Ability to learn quickly and work in a changing environment and under tight deadlines– Ability to independently manage personal timelines and meet tight deadlines– Ability to successfully manage and coordinate simultaneous project deliverables across groups and teams– Strong experience with SQL, Excel, Lucid, Jira, Tableau, Agile Job Type: Contract Pay: $58.20 - $75.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Application Question(s): Are you authorized to work on W2 Basis without required sponsorship?
