Senior People Analytics & Reporting Analyst This is a contract opportunity. This is a remote opportunity. About the Role:We’re looking for a Senior People Analytics & Reporting Analyst with experience in large-scale tech organizations to join our team. You’ll help drive people-related insights by building dashboards, analyzing complex data sets, and partnering with leaders to influence strategic decisions. This role is perfect for someone who has worked in fast-paced, data-driven environments at major tech companies and is comfortable translating large volumes of data into actionable business insights. What You’ll Do: Lead reporting and dashboard initiatives across People Analytics and HR systems, including Tableau, Workday, Visier, Hive, and Excel. Partner with cross-functional teams such as Research, Forecasting Analytics, and Engineering to implement best practices in data collection, validation, and reporting. Build, automate, and maintain dashboards that surface key performance metrics for leadership teams. Translate complex people and operational data into clear visualizations and actionable insights. Triage, prioritize, and manage ad hoc reporting requests, ensuring stakeholders have timely and accurate data. Maintain and improve SQL codebases and self-service reporting tools. Audit data integrity, identify anomalies, and recommend process improvements to maintain high-quality data. Provide guidance and coaching to business partners on interpreting metrics and leveraging data for decision-making. What You Bring: 5+ years of experience with SQL or similar languages for querying relational databases. 5+ years of experience building dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, SQL, R, SAS, or similar tools. Experience working in large-scale tech organizations or other data-intensive environments. Strong analytical skills and experience managing large, complex datasets. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formulas, charting). Experience auditing, validating, and improving data quality across multiple systems.
