Overview Operations Manager Business Intelligence Analyst We’re seeking a high-energy, extroverted Operations Manager with extensive experience as a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to serve as the operational backbone of our company. This hands-on, data-driven leader will be responsible for streamlining daily operations, uncovering actionable insights, and driving strategic decision-making across teams. You’ll thrive in this hybrid role if you’re passionate about transforming data into actionable insights, enhancing processes, reducing churn, and fostering company-wide alignment. Experience in online fraud platforms an advantage! You must be available for meetings between 8 AM – 2 PM US Eastern Time to support cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Operations Management Lead daily operations to ensure smooth execution and cross-team efficiency. Create and implement SOPs to increase productivity and accountability. Own timelines, budgets, and resource management across projects. Identify operational risks and implement solutions to ensure compliance and continuity. Serve as a connector across departments to optimize workflows and execution. Introduce and implement new frameworks and systems as needed for scalability. Business Intelligence & Client Retention Analyze operational and customer data to spot trends, friction points, and churn risks. Build dashboards and reports that transform complex data into clear insights for stakeholders. Design data models and KPIs to measure operational and client retention performance. Utilize BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL) for in-depth analysis and visualization. Collaborate with data teams to maintain data accuracy, accessibility, and strategic alignment. Strategic Planning & Leadership Lead strategic initiatives that align with business goals and improve customer experience. Use data to shape operational strategy, identify growth opportunities, and prevent churn. Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive benchmarks to drive innovation. Foster a collaborative and accountable culture, encouraging ownership and improvement. Required Skills & Experience Technical Proficiency Strong command of BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker). Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, macros, data modeling). Experience with Click Up for building complex workflows, dashboards, and databases. Familiarity with ERP systems, workflow automation tools, and process optimization frameworks (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). Operational & Analytical Strength Proven track record of leading fast-paced, globally distributed teams. A knack for improving operational performance and reducing churn. Ability to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable process improvements. Skilled in defining, managing, and acting on KPIs and operational benchmarks. Strategic thinker with a bias for execution and long-term value creation. Communication & Collaboration Confident communicator with the ability to translate data into business insights for all levels of stakeholders. Comfortable leading high-visibility initiatives and presenting to leadership. A true people person — thrives on team energy and fosters strong cross-functional partnerships. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field (MBA a plus). 5–10 years of experience in operations management, business intelligence, or a related function. Certifications in BI tools or operational frameworks (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Six Sigma, PMP) are a strong plus. Must be available to take meetings between 8 AM – 2 PM EST.
