About the role: Data analyst/data engineer role that will administer our data ecosystem for HR within Workday Education/Experience: Bachelors degree 4+ years experience Health care experience is a plus! Technical Skills: • Expert in Workday: Reporting, Integrations, Security • Expert in Prism • Experience with Discovery Boards (nice to have, but not a hard requirement) Soft Skills: • Seeks to acquire knowledge in area of specialty • Ability to identify basic problems and procedural irregularities, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions • Ability to work independently Day to Day: • Analyze required reports & fields slated for recreation to identify # of data sets required and associated data set structure/security • Create ingest reports to account for all required fields in the most consolidated data set structure possible • Create integration schedule for new ingest reports between Workday & Workday Prism • Build data lineages to facilitate new data sets in Workday Prism • Establish security structure for new data sets based on accessibly requirements • Create publish schedule for new data sets • Rebuild any impacted reports based on new data sets to swap with original versions created on the Workday delivered variations EEO Employer Apex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
