Job Description:
β’ Works collaboratively with business and project leaders and other impacted departments, and coordinates efforts across stakeholder groups in assisting to set goals and expectations
β’ Use tools to set up and run migrations and post-migration reporting: scan and report on the environment using existing automated scripts
β’ Gather post-migration feedback
β’ Interpret reports to suggest organization of data for optimum performance, security and usability and work with business managers to agree on a final outline, ensuring compliance with the Digital Media and other guidelines
β’ Working with the project team and business units to confirm the migration plan, manage preparation timing, re-syncing data and final cutovers
β’ Assist pre and post-migration with any issues and best practices (remediating and re-organizing data, removing duplicates and stale data)
β’ Work with the Communication and User Experience teams on feedback and to inform best practices
β’ Update support documentation for post-migration support teams
β’ Actively suggest updates to streamline the migration process
β’ Work internationally to support migrations out of hours: e.g. Europe (morning) and Asia (afternoon)
β’ Working with team members by updating team Monday boards, SharePoint-hosted files, etc.
β’ Archive of data as necessary
TOP SKILLS:
β’ Technical Expertise in Data Migration Tools & Methods: Hands-on experience with tools like BitTitan, SkyKick, ShareGate, Google Workspace Migrate, Azure Data Factory, or custom ETL solutions.
β’ Strong knowledge of scripting (Python, PowerShell, SQL) for automation, transformations, and validation
β’ Understanding of structured/unstructured data, APIs, and staging processes (SFTP, cloud storage, etc.).
β’ 5+ years of relevant experience with a proven ability to execute on technology and collaboration programs; music/entertainment industry experience is helpful
β’ Leadership and project management capabilities with demonstrated success in completing multiple cross-functional and cross-business projects.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at various levels, including senior leadership.
β’ Experience working closely with cross-functional teams and balancing competing workloads
β’ Microsoft SharePoint Migration Manager (OneDrive / SharePoint migrations), Microsoft Purview Compliance Data LifeCycle Management (import PSTs), Box Shuttle (Box Migrations), CyberArk, PowerShell, SharePoint administration, MS Power Platform
β’ Self-motivated with the ability to not only work in group/individual settings, but also to drive action and work independently with little to no direction.
β’ Proficiency in MS Office applications
