Data Science Expert Hourly Contract Part-Time | Remote (U.S.) | $80 –$120/hour About the Role A leading AI research lab is hiring Data Science Experts to support high-impact projects focused on code validation, prompt refinement, algorithmic evaluation, and model benchmarking. In this role, you’ll apply your expertise to improve the accuracy, reliability, and performance of advanced AI systems. Key Responsibilities • Review and refine AI-generated prompts, responses, and code. • Validate technical concepts for accuracy and consistency. • Provide structured feedback on solution quality and clarity. • Tag, categorize, and organize content by topic and difficulty. • Support benchmarking workflows to assess AI model capabilities. Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or applied statistics (industry or research). • Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or related quantitative field (Bachelor’s minimum; advanced degree preferred). • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL; familiarity with R, Java, or Scala is a plus. • Hands-on experience building and deploying ML models using scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. • Skilled in statistical analysis, data wrangling, and feature engineering on large datasets.
