Affinity are hiring contractors/freelancers with Palantir Foundry and Artificial Intelligence Platform (AIP) experience across all levels — from Developers (mid–senior) to Architects, Product Owners, Platform Leads/Owners, and former Palantir Echos (Deployment Strategists) or Deltas (Forward Deployed Engineers).
Affinity's contracting/freelancing positions offer:

• Work with innovative teams solving complex data and AI challenges
Key skills we’re looking for:
• Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry & (nice to have) commercial experience of AIP
• Strong understanding of Foundry full-stack development across data pipelines, ontology design/development, operational workflows and Workshop dashboard creation
• Strategic mindset (especially for ex-Echos) or deep technical expertise (for Deltas and Developers)
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in dynamic environments
